Super easy! Fill out your information here and one of our team managers will call to confirm your information. Once you have been confirmed, we will send you a copy of your report by mail. Reports can only be sent by mail, no emails or faxes will be sent.

For many possible reasons, we sometimes receive incorrect reporting information back from the courts or other sources. If you feel that the information on your background screening report is incorrect, follow the link here and we’ll help you fix it at the source so it never happens again.

Note: Please keep in mind that we are not able to provide you a reason why you were denied a position. We can only discuss the information on the background report itself. If you need to discuss employment related information please contact the employer directly.

Each company has their specific background screening requirements to suit the industry they are in as well as the individual positions they are hiring for. Commonly, background checks include, but are not limited to, criminal record searches, education and employment history, driving records, verification of professional licenses, and drug testing.

Once we receive your information, processing time takes approximately 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that there can be circumstances that cause delays in the process. Delays are most commonly due to unresponsive or slow-to-respond employers/schools, and court closures.

Please make certain the information listed on your application is as accurate as possible. All institutions will be verified before we contact, so the more accurate you are, the faster we can find them and verify your information.
